Tila takes to Twitter, yet again...lawsuit to follow?

Not only is Tila Tequila acting crazy, but she's also displaying a lack of understanding regarding slander law. In a Wednesday Twitter rant, she insulted the Johnson family -- and we have all the tweets right here.

These started up around nine o'clock in the morning Los Angeles time, right after Tila had gotten her anger off her chest regarding Nicky Hilton's rescue of Casey Johnson's dogs:

"Casey Picked ME Over Her Family & Thats Why They R All Badmouthing Me in Press Cuz She Loved Me More!"

"All I have to say is just because you have money *ahem* u cannot buy class. I'm the one who took care of my Wife. Not abandon her for 5 yrs."

"PS-I was the ONLY one who was constantly checking on my Wifey cuz I knew something was wrong. I was out of town 2 meet my Brother."

"I have all the text messages to prove it! I even had my assistant go over there to check up on my Wife! Not her Family, not her "friends" ME" [sic]

"Whatever. Enough. Lesson learned? Money does not buy U class. No wonder Casey wanted to take my last name and not "JOHNSON" nite nite."

"So for them to act like they are SO MUCH BETTER THAN ME CUZ THEY HAVE MONEY, well, don't blame ME 4 her death. Im the only 1 who loved her."

"Yes. I was the ONLY ONE who checked up on my wife! I called EVERYONE 2 check up on her! NOBODY CARED BUT ME! I was out of town!"

"Her family abandoned her for 5 years, her friends never called her, ONLY I DID and I HAVE PROOF IN ALL MY TEXT MESSAGES & BBM 2 PPL!!!!"

"Now that she's gone her family and so called "FRIENDS" pop up at my house, stealing our stuff & acting like they care? BULLSHIT!" [sic]

"My Wife hated them. Just wait til I tell everyone the truth I have proof, and the family is a piece of shit. No wonder she wanted 2 marry me"
