Tim Gunn Isn't Afraid to Let Fur Fly in New Book
Yes, yes, yes!
I have loved Tim Gunn since the first day I saw him on television. He is cantankerous, knowledgeable, and interesting, and what's more--he's honest! His book, Gunn's Golden Rules, is a jackpot of naughty tell-all type rumors. He even goes after his parents at one point.
It might be cliche, but Tim Gunn is refreshingly honesty. You read his book excerpts and you're just lik e"aaaaah!" If he can openly b-tch about celebrity bigwigs and fashion industry snores, maybe we can all be a little more honest.

Even when Tim couldn't out someone by name, he did a great job on the clues. Example "A":
"I received an e-mail recently from a certain glamorous host of Top Chef. I won't say who she is, but she was once married to a world-famous novelist. She was looking for a designer for her jewelry line, and I said I would put up my radar and send her anyone I thought might be a good fit. Well, I found someone terrific, discovered she was available, and sent along her resume. I was very proud of myself for making such a great match. Then I never heard back. Nor did the designer. I was so embarrassed."
Padma! We can't believe it. Tim Gunn goes on to slay Isaac Mizrahi (who ranted and raved one day because somebody was wearing brown) and Anna Wintour (he's afraid of her).
This is a book that I will buy without a second thought. If Tim Gunn is going to blast so many people in the industry, then I am going to pay for the dirt. It seems only fair, don't you think?
