Tori Spelling Invites Mag to a Weigh-In
Star Magazine and Tori At Odds
Star magazine is in a rather comfortable position at the moment: having claimed that Tori Spelling's weight is too low, and that that's the reason she's been having health problems, they've prompted Tori to fight back. Now that she's challenged them to come to her house and weigh her (and they've accepted), what happens next?
Star claims that Dr. Stuart Fischer says that the 36-year-old mom looks like she weighs around 95 pounds in their October 19th issue. Tori Spelling, who has been taken to the hospital more than once for mysterious stomach pains, has been called severely underweight by the press.
Just after her second trip to the hospital, her husband Dean McDermott Tweeted "Just out of the hospital. After a battery of tests, no conclusive answers. She still feels terrible. Hope it passes soon. She's in a lot of pain."
5'5" Tori has not shot back by saying that she actually weighs 107 pounds, challenging the mag: "come 2 my house&weigh me Star!"
While Star correctly pointed out that she'd still need to gain a few pounds to be considered a "normal" weight, they also commented that they have accepted her challenge (twice) and now are waiting to set the date to weight her.
It's a little awkward when the tabs--especially Star--are in the right!
