Twilight's Cam Gigandet to Star With Christina Aguilera and Cher

It looks like there is life beyond Twilight for actor Cam Gigandet who plays James in the Twilight saga. He's all set to star in Christina Aguilera's first movie, along with Cher. And it sounds pretty sexy!
But do we really expect anything less than sexy from Cam Gigandet? Or Christina Aguilera for that matter. The movie is a musical called Burlesque, but that doesn't mean Cam will be singing in it.
He explains the premise behind the movie, saying, "Obviously, it's Christina Aguilera, so she has an amazing voice. She finds a club run by Cher, a burlesque club. And she takes it to a whole new level and, of course, meets me - the love of her life." Cam plays a struggling piano player at the club, but it doesn't sound like any singing is involved on his part.
Cam says, "Oh right, a duet with me and Christina? That would be like Kermit the Frog and Christina. I can't sing." But we do know he can act and that he looks good doing it, and that's all that matters to us! They'll start filming the movie in December.
In other life-after-Twilight news for Cam Gigandet, his new movie, Pandorum, will be in theaters on Friday. We're glad his career is flying so high right now! Not to mention, we're also pretty excited for Christina Aguilera's big debut.
