Tyra Banks Owes Former Assistant Money

Former model Tyra Banks owes her former assistant money. The TV personality, 35, has had a lawsuit filed against her by her former assistant Richard Thomas, who claims Banks owes him $5,820.

Richard is claiming back wages and a bit more. He wants money for his "services rendered as assistant and advisor". The legal documents require Thomas to ask the Next Top Model presenter for money. He said: "I have not been able to catch [Tyra] while she is in."
