Vanessa Hudgens Won't Apologize for New Nude Pic Scandal

Vanessa Hudgens Stuck in Nudie Controversy 2.0

Vanessa Hudgens' newest naked pictures leaked to the press this week have started up another scandal, but it sounds like she's going to go the high road and not even acknowledge them. Sources have confirmed to Marc Malkin that they really are of her, so why is she keeping mum about the issue?

"She learned her lesson," a source told E!. "She hasn't done anything like that since the first ones came out. These new ones are actually old."

Hudgens is reportedly not planning on issuing a statement to her fans. Could it be due to the fact that her audience has gotten older since the scandal of '07, during which she did comment on the trouble by saying that "I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos"?

Vanessa's going to be taking to the red carpet tonight for Bandslam, and you just know that she's going to get grilled over the snaps. Word has it that she's going to do her best not to respond, but you know that's going to be rough. Talk about bad timing!

"She said what she had to say about taking nude photos," E!'s source concluded.
