Was Sparrow's Name Inspired by Simon & Garfunkel
This week, Nicole Richie gave birth to her second child with Joel Madden. It was a boy and they named him Sparrow James Midnight Madden. Many have wondered how they chose the name Sparrow. Is this a clue?
On his Twitter page the other day, Madden wrote, "A song for the little songbird" and linked to the Simon & Garfunkel song "Sparrow". Now, we are speculating that the couple loves this song and named their second born after it's title.
Of course, maybe Madden was simply dedicating a song to his son. Either way, Nicole and Joel seem excited and happy, and we think that's great.
