What Is Lisa Rinna's Bikini Body Secret?
She Has Flat Abs and a Low-Fat Bod
Have you had a chance to see Lisa Rinna on the beach so far this summer? I knew her abs were good, but I was in no way prepared for her string bikini surprise! How does she do it?
Fitness magazine currently has a "Sexy Abs in 6 Weeks" promo with a free newsletter that comes out every week with ab-focused exercises, flat-belly menu ideas, and tools and tips. I'm willing to sign up, because Lisa Rinna's abs are as flat are they are hard, and many of us are a few (or more) years younger than this taut celeb.
It's a little bit painful to look at pics of Lisa: almost too inspirational. To kick things off, I'm going to do a Standing Side Crunch, which has me standing on my left leg with my left arm extended out from the shoulders.
With my right hand behind my head, I can bend my elbow to my side at shoulder level, and then lift my right knee towards my right elbow. 15 reps.
