Will Lindsay Lohan's Family Have an Intervention?

The whole family needs an intervention

We're still sitting here wondering if Lindsay Lohan really is on drugs or if Michael Lohan is just looking for some publicity. But now Michael's talking about the intervention the family is planning. Er, at least he's planning it. What is this, intervention number four hundred?

While Lindsay's mom, Dina Lohan, agrees Lindsay needs an intervention, Michael says he's having a hard time getting her on board to actually have one. We're thinking she's probably too busy designing her new line of shoes to realize her daughter is having issues. According to Michael Lohan, "Dina has got to get on the same page with me. It's a serious situation. You can't just talk about it and tell me that you want to do an intervention and then do nothing." Lindsay is allegedly on a mix of pills, including Adderall and Zoloft.

We think it's kind of funny that nobody ever listens to Michael Lohan, so he always has to run to the media. There must be a reason nobody listens to him, right? Also, isn't it a little bit difficult to have an intervention when the person you're trying to intervene is well aware you're planning one? Michael doesn't see any other choice in the matter, though. He says, "When Lindsay doesn't adhere or listen to what I say about serious situations, I feel I have to speak publicly to put pressure on her. If she doesn't take my advice and do what I say & the more pressure I put on her, the more likely she is to eventually do the right thing."

We totally understand why Lindsay doesn't listen to her dad, but we don't really think going public with her issues is going to help the matter. We think her mom definitely needs to get on board since Lindsay seems to respect her. But Dina just seems too into herself and her own "fame." If this family doesn't get help soon, they're going to have even more problems. We can see Lindsay's little sister, Ali Lohan, needing help in the near future!

But for now, we think Michael Lohan should keep quiet!
