Get running! It tightens and tones.

The Truth Comes Out

It might be a common claim that running will add thickness to your bod, but that's not true. Running won't bulk your quads up, and it's a great way to reduce fat from all over.

Not only does running tighten and firm your thighs, but it also is an awesome way tone the rest of your legs, including pesky calf muscles. Your shins, rear, quads, and hamstrings will tighten up into a sculpted shape that will be less likely to suffer from injuries.

If you do see that you aren't losing weight as you complete cardio activities, your bulk is most likely due to diet. For that, I recommend checking out the Self Challenge, which combines fitness tips with diet info.
