Women's Golden Globe Fashion Predictions

We see some Valentino in our future. Or is it Chanel?

We love awards shows. Not so much for the awards themselves, but for the fabulous fashions (both good and bad) on display. Just imagine, the world would never have experienced Bjork's dead swan dress or Gwyneth's bubble gum pink princess gown without a red carpet to walk down.

We're already buzzing with anticipation. Who will be the worst dressed? Who will take the biggest fashion risk? And which designer will dress the most ladies?

If the Globes are anything like the Emmys, Reem Acra will have a large presence in the gown department, along with award show favorites like Oscar de la Renta and Versace.

As for the jewels, we predict that with the economy in a slump no one's gonna be flaunting their bling. Big hair is far more likely than big diamonds.
