David Arquette is clearly (trying to prove that he is) over his estranged wife, Courteney Cox, and has a new lady -- who isn’t a stripper -- to prove it. Making an appearance at Comic-Con’s Camp Playboy event, Arquette was accompanied by none other than Joe Francis's ex-wife Christina McLarty, who split from the Girls Gone Wild founder seven-weeks after marrying last November.
