LimeLife Gift Card Terms & Conditions 

Overview 

Effective Date: October 28, 2026. 

LimeLife eGift Cards can be used at LimeLife United States. LimeLife Gift Cards are accepted at checkout online or by phone. LimeLife Gift Cards are activated and ready for use immediately after purchase. 

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase and use of LimeLife Gift Cards and eGift Cards (each, a "Gift Card") issued by LimeLife USA LLC and/or its affiliates ("LimeLife," "we" or "us"). Your use of the LimeLife website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By purchasing, accepting or using a Gift Card, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Purchase & Delivery 

1. Where to Purchase. LimeLife Gift Cards may be purchased only on the LimeLife Retail website. 

2. Digital Delivery Only. LimeLife Gift Cards are digital/virtual. Physical Gift Cards are not available and will not be shipped. After purchase, you will receive an email containing your LimeLife Gift Card code. Please make sure the email address you provide at checkout is correct. 

3. Activation. LimeLife Gift Cards are activated and ready for use immediately after purchase. 

4. Additional Items. You may include additional products in the same order as your LimeLife Gift Card purchase. 

Redemption 

5. Where Gift Cards Are Accepted. LimeLife Gift Cards are accepted at checkout online or by phone through LimeLife Customer Care. 

6. Single Use. Each LimeLife Gift Card can be used only once. Please redeem it for the full amount when you use it. Any value not applied to the order in which the Gift Card is redeemed cannot be used on a later purchase. 

7. Purchases Over the Gift Card Amount. You may use a LimeLife Gift Card on a purchase that costs more than the Gift Card amount. You will need to pay the difference with a credit card or other accepted payment method. 

8. Subscription Orders. LimeLife Gift Cards may be used on first Auto-Replenishment (Subscribe & Save) subscription orders. They are not eligible for recurring subscription orders, which will be charged to the payment method on file as described in the Auto-Replenishment Subscription Terms and Conditions. 

9. Same-Market Use Only. LimeLife Gift Cards are not international. A LimeLife Gift Card must be used in the same country and on the same market website where it was purchased. For example, a LimeLife Gift Card purchased on the US website cannot be used on the CA website, and a Gift Card purchased on the CA website cannot be used on the US website. 

Expiration, Reloads & Transfers 

10. No Expiration. LimeLife Gift Cards do not expire. 

11. No Reloads. LimeLife Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or have value added to them. 

12. No Balance Transfers. The balance of one LimeLife Gift Card cannot be transferred or combined onto another LimeLife Gift Card. 

13. No Cash Value. LimeLife Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credited to a credit or debit card, except where required by law. 

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges 

14. Cancellations. In the interest of processing your order as quickly as possible, once an order placed with a LimeLife Gift Card has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or returned for a refund. We highly encourage you to review your cart and checkout details before checking out. 

15. Exchanges. An order purchased with a LimeLife Gift Card may be exchanged for other products of equal value. No cash or card refunds will be issued for any portion of an order paid with a LimeLife Gift Card. To start an exchange, please see our Return & Exchange Policy. 

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards 

16. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards. Please treat your LimeLife Gift Card code like cash and keep it secure. If your LimeLife Gift Card is lost or stolen, contact our Customer Care team here or call 844-232-6294 as soon as possible. 

General Terms 

17. Beauty Guide Commissions. Commissions are paid when the LimeLife Gift Card is purchased. 

18. Changes to These Terms. We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the LimeLife website with a new effective date. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms. 

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. 

(a) Governing Law. Except as provided in this Section 19, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the dispute resolution provisions in the LimeLife Terms and Conditions, including the terms pertaining to mandatory arbitration and waiver of class action rights (together, the “Arbitration Provisions”). 

(b) Your Local Rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside that cannot be waived or limited by contract. If a mandatory law of your jurisdiction conflicts with this Section 19, that law applies to the extent of the conflict. 

(c) Severability of Dispute Terms. If any part of the Arbitration Provisions is found unenforceable as to any claim or any person, that part will not apply to that claim or person, and the claim will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction. The rest of the Arbitration Provisions and these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
