Full of Life Shampoo: Apply a generous amount of the shampoo to damp hair. Make sure to apply evenly and massage the scalp to the tips of the hair. Rinse hair and follow with Full of Life Conditioner.  

Full of Life Conditioner: Following Full of Life Shampoo, apply a quarter-sized amount to wet hair starting at the ends, working your way up. Rinse thoroughly.  

One Condition Hair Mask: After shampooing, apply a generous amount to damp hair. Make sure to massage evenly through the strands. Leave in for 5-15 minutes before rinsing out and styling as usual.
